Prior to graduating from Atlanta School of Massage in 2008, Laura Beltran, LMT honed her clinical skills as a Physical Therapist at the Fracture Clinic. She specializes in modalities including Deep Tissue and Swe-Thai Massage. Laura is also a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) and teaches Yoga here at Emery Fit on Sundays at 9am!
Erin Williams knows what it takes to transform your physique. She is an ACSM certified trainer and has her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. She is a physique competitor who also coaches others to compete; however, you don't need to compete to benefit from her knowledge. She can help you lose weight and get in great shape!
Candice Poor, BA, CFT, LMT provides fitness training and nutrition consults at Emery Fit in addition to managing the facility and overseeing all aspects of our Neuromuscular Therapy offerings. Using science and education, Candice designs, implements and oversees massage and fitness programs to accelerate client results. At this time, Candice only accepts new clients via current client referrals.
Dustin Gilbreth is a graduate of North Central College where he was captain of the North Central Cardinals baseball team. An ACE Certified Personal Trainer, "Dusty" has been helping clients for over eight years and is available at Emery Fit from 5am to 3pm. In addition to his profession as a personal trainer, Dusty is the founder of Rising Recruits, an organization dedicated to helping athletes connect with university sports programs.
Simon Huston has been at Emery Fit for over 10 years. In that time Simon has taught over 2500 group classes, prepared clients for Powerlifting competitions and in 2019 was the first recipient to receive Emery Fit’s MVP Award. Simon excels at strength training, as well as sport-specific athletic training. He has extensive skill supporting High School and College athletes prepare for their sport’s objectives. Simon also has a natural instinct in assisting injured clients through the rehabilitative process to get them back to health.
Dr. Bret Emery has been in the business of coaching and motivation for over 28 years. He holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology specializing in Behavioral Medicine. Beginning in Ohio and then expanding to Florida and Georgia, Dr. Emery's team has developed a reputation for helping others reach their fitness and weight loss goals. Currently overseeing the facility in Georgia, Dr. Emery is involved in all aspects of the facility and services.
Don K. Grey is a skilled fitness coach who inspires clients to reach their full potential. With a degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology, Don also holds an Elite Fitness Certification from ISSA and is an accomplished kickboxing instructor. With years of experience under his belt, Don's expertise in fitness has been displayed on Oprah and the Greg Behrendt Show. Don is confident he will deliver workouts that will get results!
Aidan Segars is a student of Kinesiology and Exercise Science and has been an ISSA certified Strength and Conditioning Professional since 2011.
